Site data is accessible by headquarters or regional managers. If the owner is traveling, he can stay in touch wherever there is a computer with an Internet connection. To avoid security and downtime problems, NX.gen simply stores information at two secure locations. The information needed to run each site is stored at the site, independent of the Internet. Corporate information is stored at a secure password- and firewall- protected site managed by Space Control.
