A good way to judge the viability of a software program is to look at its technical support team. At Space Control, support is so important we relocated its offices to find the optimum labor pool.

Now, located in Northern California near schools with excellent computer science departments, Space Control has one of the strongest support teams in our history. Our requirements for technicians are twofold: superior computer knowledge and excellent people skills. It's a combination that's tough to find, but worth the effort.

Training our tech support staff is done in part by our veteran management team with emphasis on the importance of the customer's viewpoint. Hands-on training also involves spending time at a working storage facility for first-hand, real-life experience. With Space Control, it's nice to know that not only do you have support six days a week, but that our team is here to make your life easier.
