NX.gen’s Flex Rent function automatically manages rates for new rentals according to your occupancy levels. As vacancies drop, the prices rise. If vacancies rise, you drop prices. You set the parameters once and NX.gen puts the laws of supply and demand to work for you.

Even more important is to manage rent raises for your existing customers. Software that doesn’t provide automatic rate management for occupants as well as vacant spaces puts you at a disadvantage. Since existing customers provide the bulk of your income, properly handling those rent increases is essential.
